Join us for a conversation with Harry Davies, producer of the acclaimed documentary NAZA and investigative correspondent at The Guardian, hosted by Dr. Nitin Sawhney , Docent at University of Helsinki and Uniarts Helsinki.

We will discuss Harry’s investigative journalism on the role of technology and AI for mass surveillance and targeting of Palestinians in Gaza; his award-winning reporting with Director and Israeli journalist Yuval Abraham informed the production of the film NAZA.

The discussion is open to everyone, whether you’ve already seen NAZA or are discovering the film for the first time.

Free admission. Seats available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Harry Davies’ visit is supported by Helsingin Sanomain Säätiö.

Directed by Oscar-winning filmmakers Rachel Szor and Yuval Abraham (No Other Land) and shot at night on the rooftops of Tel Aviv, the film reveals details of the systems behind Israel’s planned mass killing of Palestinian civilians in Gaza.
